Syndicatebleu, a specialty-recruiting firm for creative and marketing professionals, has an immediate full-time opportunity for a well-groomed, cutting edge Designer. This is an opportunity to start with a reputable creative agency in a design position and develop a career under some of the top creatives of the industry. The design position is responsible for taking concepts and developing in Photoshop for pitches, presentations to clients, and to go to press. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, ability to concept, attention to details, expertise in Photoshop, and the ability to work quickly in CS3.
Duties:
-Responsible for taking mock-up concepts and developing in Photoshop
-Working closely with Art Directors and Creative Directors to blow out concepts across different mediums
-Strong production skills and willingness to take on and juggle multiple tasks
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related area of study
-Must be able to show portfolio with strong pieces that demonstrate your ability to concept
-Strong layout, typography, and design skills in print and interactive
-Expertise in Photoshop CS3
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite CS3/CS4
-Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
-Advertising Agency experience preferred
